The Optica Diversity & Inclusion Advocacy Recognition acknowledges the outstanding dedication and accomplishments on improving equity, diversity and inclusion in the optics and photonics community.
Each year, Optica recognizes an exceptional example from our community that highlights a unique program or effort to foster greater appreciation, advancement and celebration of diversity and inclusivity.
Awards may be given in two categories:
1.) individual
2.) group/company/institution
Each winner will receive USD 1,500 to support their diversity efforts and travel support to attend Frontiers in Optics + Laser Science (FiO + LS) to accept the prize in person.
